Collapsible Pushchair

Please help a stressed mum with Ryan air Pram policy.?

I’m taking my 3 year old daughter to spain and as i understand it, she gets one piece of hand luggage as she is classed as a child not an infant.
I;m confused about The Pram though. Ryan air state:

There is no checked or cabin baggage allowance for infants. However, one fully collapsible pushchair per child is carried free of charge and does not need to be prebooked. If using online check-in, the pushchair should be taken to the Bag Drop desk to be tagged before going through security.

Does this mean she can still take her pram as she is a child. (They class infant anyone under 2)

Any help appreciated.

A very worried mum.

Notice that the airline uses the word ‘infant’ and then the word ‘child’.

Your daughter, in the eyes of Ryanair, is not an infant, but she is a child and therefore entitled to have her pushchair carried for free. Just follow their instructions and take it to the bag drop/check-in desk to be tagged.
